Sam has over 23 years of experience, including his tenure as a senior tax manager at Deloitte & Touche, in tax consulting, planning and structuring of complex transactions for his clients in a broad range of industries. Sam has taught taxation and accounting at various public and private colleges in New York City (Baruch College, Lehman College, College of Staten Island, Fordham University) and has lectured before various community and industry groups. Sam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is admitted to practice law in New York State. |
