Mr. Skinner previously served on the company's Board of Directors from July 2003 to June 2005. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Management and Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is also Of Counsel to the law firm of Greenberg & Traurig, LLP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Skinner served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Freightways Corporation, a transportation and logistics business, and President of Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company. Prior to joining Commonwealth Edison, Mr. Skinner served as Secretary of Transportation and Chief of Staff to former President George H. W. Bush. Mr. Skinner is currently a director of Navigant Consulting, Inc., Express Scripts and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. |
