Sam, who joined the Firm as part of our merger with Terry & Stephenson, P.C. (Pittsburgh Office), brings more than 30 years accounting and audit experience to his position as Principal in the Firm's Pittsburgh office. In his prior position, Sam had responsibility for client services in the retail, construction, professional services, technology, financial services and healthcare industries and the government and not-for-profit sectors. His background also includes experience in audit field work control and supervision and training of staff.

Sam serves as Chairman of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania; Treasurer, Board of Directors, Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund of Southwestern PA; Board of Governors, Pennsylvania Economy League of Southwestern Pennsylvania; and Treasurer, Board of Directors Pittsburgh Regional Alliance and its representative to the Joint Finance and Audit Committee of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development.
