Samuel J. Simon was elected our Secretary in September 2002 and our Senior Vice President and General Counsel in December 2002. In December 2003, Mr. Simon was elected to serve on our Board of Directors and was elected Executive Vice President in May 2005. Since October 1996, Mr. Simon had served as Assistant General Counsel of American Financial Group (AFG). From 1993 to October 1996, Mr. Simon was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Citicasters Inc., a public company that was engaged primarily in the ownership and operation of television and radio stations. Citicasters was formerly an affiliate of AFG. |
