Samia Bovington draws upon four years experience in recruiting focusing on officer-level searches with Villeneuve Associates. Highly recognized for her comprehensive approach to managing the recruiting process, Samia has contributed her expertise on projects with Jamba Juice, ULTA, BabyCenter.com, Denny’s, Borders and Cranium. Prior to joining Villeneuve Associates, Samia served the recruiting needs of such companies as Starbucks, Meier and Frank, Voicestream/T-Mobile and Talbot’s. Before launching her recruiting career, Samia worked in a variety of positions in the restaurant and event planning industries. Samia graduated with honors from the University of Montana and spent two years studying abroad developing her German fluency at the International Academy of Philosophy in Liechtenstein and the University of Salzburg in Austria . She is an active volunteer with Washington DECA, an association of high school marketing students
