Samanthe Beck joined On Assignment in May 2007 as Vice President and Corporate General Counsel. Since November of 2000 Ms. Beck held various positions with Digital Insight Corporation, culminating with Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, when it was acquired by Intuit in February 2007. Prior to that, she served as Director of Business and Legal Affairs for SeeBeyond Technologies Corporation, (now a division of Sun Microsystems).
Ms. Beck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. She is a member of the New York Bar and a California Bar Registered In-House Counsel. |
