As Regional Senior Vice President for Duke Realty Corporation’s Southeast Region, Sam holds complete responsibility for the Company’s Atlanta, Savannah, Orlando, Tampa and South Florida portfolios, which comprise more than 20 million square feet and the potential development of more than 1,000 acres of undeveloped land.
In his previous role as Senior Vice President of Duke’s Atlanta Industrial Group, Sam directed the marketing, leasing and management of the Company’s 10.9 million square foot industrial portfolio in metro Atlanta, as well as the portfolio’s growth and profitability through development, acquisition and disposition opportunities.
Before joining Duke in 2004, Sam was most recently the Senior Investment Officer, Acquisitions & Development for First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., in Atlanta, where he was responsible for overseeing redevelopment of portfolio properties, along with acquiring approximately $55 million in properties.
Sam earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina. |
