Salvatore "Ted" Balistreri serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director in the firm's Austin, Texas office. He joined DHR in 1997 and is a member of the firm's prestigious Executive Committee. Mr. Balistreri recently was recognized by Chairman and Founder David Hoffmann with the DHR International Consultant Award for Executive Search Excellence. Mr. Balistreri has completed numerous executive searches with DHR International and his over 25-year business career includes experience with Sundstrand Corporation, Honeywell and DHR International. This seasoned, broad-based business background has allowed Mr. Balistreri to deliver executive leadership team search results within the financial services, manufacturing, home-building, education and consumer products sectors. Mr. Balistreri is known throughout DHR International for having one of the highest client satisfaction ratings and this has led to a search practice mostly composed of repeat business and long term client relationships. Mr. Balistreri's professionalism, responsiveness, tenaciousness, sense of urgency, flexibility and utmost dedication to his clients are themes that distinguish his performance. Mr. Balistreri is also an effective listener. He brings an extensive understanding of the search process and his search execution skills are extremely strong. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mr. Balistreri received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Balistreri is a member of the Leadership Council for the American Lung Association of Central Texas. He and his wife, Bonnie, enjoy biking, golf, tennis and travel, and are the proud parents of four children who are all in their 20's (Stephanie, Mike, Kira, Eliot).
