Sally Else directs CSG’s strategic planning process and oversees business development as well as the company’s global marketing and partner organizations.
Else also oversees the product management organization for CSG’s Broadband Services Division.
Else joined CSG in January 1999. Prior to her current role, Else directed product management for CSG Systems. In this role, she was responsible for setting the strategic direction of CSG’s software products and oversaw the development of market analysis, marketing plan development, pricing/promotion and business objectives.
Prior to joining CSG, she spent nine years with First Data Corporation. At the time of her departure, she held the position of vice president, international business development within First Data Resources.
During her FDR tenure she held various roles in international operations, business development, account management and product development. Prior to that, she was a sales consultant for Applied Learning.
Else is a 1982 University of Nebraska graduate.
