Ms. Marotta's responsibilities include overseeing human resources due diligence and employee benefit transitions for acquired companies, as well as designing cost-effective, company-wide benefit plans, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with regard to human resources matters.
With over 25 years of experience in managing human resources and employee benefits programs, Ms. Marotta joined L-3 in 1997 as director of human resources. Prior to joining L-3, she worked at Deutsche Bank for seven years, where she was responsible for overseeing employee benefits and for integrating the human resources programs of Deutsche Bank's acquisitions. She has also held senior level human resources positions at IDC Services Inc., Chemical Bank, and Lorimar Telepictures. |
