As an Investment Services Associate, Ryan’s primary responsibilities include market research, underwriting complex transactions, performing due diligence on properties and portfolios, marketing sale properties, and facilitating the sale process through close. Before joining NorthMarq Investment Services’ predecessor, United Properties, Ryan worked for Integra Realty Resources, a national commercial real estate valuation company in New York. Prior to Integra Realty Resources, he was a Business Transformation Project Manager for Ameriprise in Minneapolis. Ryan graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance. He earned his master’s of business administration from Harvard Business School in Boston. Ryan is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). |
