Mr. Corrigan is a member of the Firm’s Business Transactions Department and practices in the areas of intellectual property (IP) and business/corporate matters. His IP practice encompasses trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, computer law, cyberspace law, license agreements, trade secrets, copyright registration, and state, federal (Patent and Trademark Office) and foreign trademark registration; providing strategic counseling, conducting clearance searches and assisting with selection of marks, and preparing availability and infringement opinions; preparing licensing and other IP agreements; and prosecuting and defending trademark oppositions and infringement actions before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in state and federal courts. His business/corporate practice includes entity formation, preparing and negotiating business contracts, and providing on-going advice to businesses. |
