Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Manies practiced as an architect in the Kansas City area. He represents owners, contractors, design professionals and national associations in various capacities including contract drafting, contract negotiation, mediation and litigation.

The Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors and Landscape Architects (Board) enacted on December 30, 2007, two new regulations. The first, 20 CSR 2030-2.040 relates to the standard of care while the second, 20 CSR 2030-2.050 deals with title blocks.
