Mr. McCarthy joined the firm as an associate in 2000 and has been a partner since 2007. He concentrates his practice on general civil litigation, wrongful death and personal injury defense, product liability defense, and environmental/toxic tort defense. Mr. McCarthy received his law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2000 and his Bachelor of Arts degree, in political science, from Stanford University in 1997. He is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and is admitted to practice in both Arizona state and federal courts.
