Rustin J. Strubhar serves as a shareholder and director in the Firm’s Oklahoma City office, where he handles various transactions including healthcare, insurance, and commercial litigation, as well as product liability laws. He has lectured on appellate procedures regarding parental termination cases, and has given healthcare seminars. Mr. Strubhar is currently an active member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Bar Association, where he serves in the litigation section. Additionally, he serves as a member of Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, which provides representation and assistance for children in the Juvenile Division of the Oklahoma County District Court. Mr. Strubhar received his Bachelor of Science at Oklahoma Baptist University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Chemistry Degree in 1990. He was also the recipient of the prestigious and competitive Kerr McGee Environmental Scholarship. He received his Juris Doctor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1993.
