For more than a decade, Russell H. Lamb has worked for and advised corporate, public sector and not-for-profit entities in services including strategic planning, portfolio management and development consulting. He employs strategic planning tools, extensive financial analysis and modeling, and transaction management in providing end-to-end counsel throughout the real estate process. He provides governmental relations assistance in securing land use approvals and navigating other regulatory controls. In addition to being a principal of Allegro Realty Advisors, Ltd., Mr. Lamb also serves as the firm's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
Prior to joining Allegro, Mr. Lamb worked as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Solutions practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP and was active in the firm’s Public Sector/Higher Education/Not-for-Profit practice. At Deloitte, Mr. Lamb provided strategic planning and transactional implementation for numerous headquarter relocations in Cleveland, Washington DC and Colorado. Prior to Deloitte, he was a Senior Associate at Cleveland Real Estate Partners. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lamb acquired, disposed, and managed facilities for the County of Charleston, South Carolina where he spearheaded real estate management initiatives that were recognized as best practices by the National Association of Counties. Additionally, Mr. Lamb was a commissioned naval officer and served in the surface fleet and the Civil Engineer Corps.
Mr. Lamb has spoken at many seminars, such as the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs and a number of professional and community organizations. He also has been frequently published in and interviewed for industry periodicals, including Urban Land, Site Selection, Corporate Real Estate Executive and Midwest Real Estate News.
Mr. Lamb earned his Masters in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, his B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is a licensed real estate associate in the State of Ohio. |
