Russel is a member of Graham & Dunn’s Financial Services Team, focusing his practice on representing financial institutions in all aspects of commercial litigation. Russel’s experience includes contract disputes, lender liability, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, collection and asset recovery, and the Uniform Commercial Code. Russel has also represented clients in resolving business, construction, and products liability disputes. While attending Seattle University School of Law, Russel served as a Lead Article Editor of the Seattle University Law Review in 2003 to 2004.
