William R. Russ Wheeler is the President of CIBER Enterprise Solutions. In this position he is responsible for the internal growth development and oversight of sales and operations for CIBER’s Oracle PeopleSoft Microsoft Dynamics Higher Education (including Canada) and Technology Solutions practices.
Mr. Wheeler has over 20 years experience in the packaged systems implementation business and has been with CIBER since the acquisition of Business Information Technology in June of 1995. Mr. Wheeler joined BIT in 1984 as a consultant and has held a number of positions on the operations and sales side of the organization including Consulting Manager Director of Operations Director of Sales Regional Vice President Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing President and Chief Operations Officer of DigiTerra (a former CIBER company).
Mr. Wheeler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Washington University. |
