Russ specializes in working with key accounts, software companies, managed care organizations and healthcare providers throughout the nation. In addition, Russ is developing a strong relationship with many Chief Medical Officers and other healthcare executives.



Russ believes that a recruiter's job is to be a matchmaker, providing exceptionally talented professionals for clients who provide tremendous career opportunities. Russ considers himself to be a "player / coach", leading by example while mentoring a great group of recruiting professionals.

Russ believes that integrity, teamwork and communication are the keys to building a better recruiting team. At least once a week, all of the team's recruiters meet to discuss candidates and clients. This not only allows for better communication between the team members but also provides for a more effective service relationship between our recruiters and their clients.
