Russ Kinsch has more than 30 years’ experience in financial management, strategic planning, business advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and successful startup company implementation. Prior to joining the Eband team, Mr. Kinsch was instrumental in the formation of Automated Power Exchange (APX), a privately owned company which has become the business leader for emerging environmental commodities, including greenhouse gases and energy efficiency certificates. Prior to joining APX, Mr. Kinsch was the Chief Financial Officer of SSE Telecom, a designer and manufacturer of satellite communications products and system to the transmission of voice, data, fax and video. Mr. Kinsch spent 17 years at TRW where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Finance for the Avionics and Surveillance Group. In that capacity, Mr. Kinsch managed various functional areas including contracts, information systems, facilities, procurement, cost accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and taxes. Mr. Kinsch managed the spin-out of an elegant anti-phone cloning system into Corsair Communications, a company formed by a group of venture investors led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. |
