In 1986 Mr. Ibragimov graduated the faculty of law at the Moscow State University and then a postgraduate course there. He is the candidate of jurisprudence. From 1992 till 1996 he headed legal services in several commercial banks. From 1997 till 2002 he worked as Deputy Director - Head of Tax and Legal Consultation Department in the company "Top-audit ". Prior to MTS he worked in the Moscow Bar " Ibragimov Kogan and partners ". Mr. Ibragimov joined MTS in June of 2006 as Director of Legal Department then in February of 2007 he occupied the position of Director for Corporate and Legal Matters.
Mr. Ibragimov is the member of the Russian Tax Law Association. He is being published in Corporate lawyer magazine. Married with three children. |
