Roy Hoffman, CPA, MBA, is a Partner at Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP. Mr. Hoffman specializes in financial and management consulting to foreign-owned ventures. Mr. Hoffman has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on accounting, business management and personal finance issues. He has counseled many large and small foreign clients who have created U.S. subsidiaries or have acquired U.S. operations. These clients include public and private companies, government and quasi-government entities. His international and national client roster spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, import/export, freight forwarding, law, fashion and jewelry. Active in his industry, Mr. Hoffman is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants ("NYSSCPA") and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Cooperation with Investment Bankers and Stock Exchanges Committee of the NYSSCPA, and he is on the board of directors of the Plainview Jewish Center on Long Island and the board of advisors of the Israeli Film Festival and the Ronald McDonald House. Mr. Hoffman has an M.B.A. from Baruch College, City University of New York, an M.A. in history from C.W. Post College on Long Island, and a B.A. from Allegheny College. |
