Rosendo G. Parra is Senior Vice President for the Home and Small Business Group of Dell Inc. since June 2006. Prior to his current position he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager Dell Americas from April 2002 until June 2006; Senior Vice President and Co-General Manager of Worldwide Home and Small Business Group from April 2001 until April 2002; Senior Vice President of Americas Public and Americas International from September 1998 until April 2001; Vice President of Public and Americas International from February 1997 until September 1998; Group Vice President of Sales Marketing and Service from June 1994 until February 1997; and Vice President of Dell USA from August 1993 until June 1994. Prior to joining Dell in August 1993 Mr. Parra was with GRiD Systems Corp. and Tandy Corp. Mr. Parra was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2004 and is a member of the Compensation and Governance and Nominating Committees of the Company. |
