Rosemary co-founded Variant Partners with her husband Sam in 1970. In her role as Vice President, she is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. She also plays a lead role in our hiring process, strategic planning and franchise relations.
Rosemary was also integral in launching our administrative staffing division in 1988. She was accountable for growing and managing that group directly in addition to her Vice President role. This division has won numerous awards recognized by MRINetwork for quality of service and division performance. |
