Rosemary Howell has been in the mortgage loan industry for over 25 years with extensive experience in loan originating, loan processing, and underwriting. She most recently worked with the Professional Home Mortgage Lenders, LLC, the in-house mortgage lender for Prudential Carolinas Realty. She has played an active role with the Homebuilders Association of Winston-Salem, Winston-Salem Mortgage Bankers Association, Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors and has been active in the Winston-Salem community, volunteering for non-profit organizations such as SCAN, Children’s Center for the Physically Handicapped, the United Way, the March of Dimes, and the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools. A native of Rock Hill, SC, she attended both York Technical College and Winthrop University. |
