Mr. Taylor has been a director since April 1998. Mr. Taylor is President of Tamarack Bay, LLC, a private consulting firm and is currently a director of two other public companies, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (a pharmaceutical manufacturer) and ResMed, Inc. (a manufacturer of equipment relating to the management of sleep-disordered breathing). Mr. Taylor is also Chairman of the Board of three privately held companies. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Taylor was a general partner of Enterprise Partners, a venture capital firm. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Taylor worked as an independent business consultant. From 1987 to 1996, Mr. Taylor was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pyxis Corporation (a health care service provider), which he founded in 1987. Prior to founding Pyxis, he was an executive with both Allergan Pharmaceuticals and Hybritech, Inc. |
