Ronald R. Maas began his financial career in 1973 serving in various financial positions at MSI Data Corporation, Costa Mesa, CA and Computer Automation, Irvine, CA. Mr. Maas was the Chief Financial Officer at DPCS, Inc., a consulting company in Huntington Beach, CA. As Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of TouchStone Software Corporation, Huntington Beach, CA, a NASDAQ company, he was instrumental in raising $31 million in a public offering. He served in the CFO position from 1991 - 1999, and has served as a director of the Company since 1993. Mr. Maas began his Investment Banking career in 1999 at AM Razo & Company Securities, Inc., an Orange County firm that specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Placements and IPO’s. Mr. Maas graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a major in accounting. |
