Mr. Badie was elected to the Board of Directors in October 2004 On March 31, 2002, Ronald P. Badie retired from Deutsche Bank after 35 years of service. At the time of his retirement, he was vice chairman of Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown (now Deutsche Bank Securities), the firm’s investment banking subsidiary. Over the years, Mr. Badie held a variety of management positions with the firm and its predecessor, Bankers Trust Company, in both New York and Los Angeles. He was closely identified with the firm’s relationships with private equity companies and the leveraged finance business, which included the financing of leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and corporate acquisitions. Mr. Badie is currently a director of Integrated Electrical Services, Inc., Amphenol, Inc. and Merisel Inc. |
