Ronald L. Kuehn, Jr. has served as a director of D&B since 1996, and is chairman of the Compensation & Benefits Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Kuehn was appointed as chairman of the board of El Paso Corporation, a diversified energy company, in March 2003, and also served as El Paso’s chief executive officer from March 2003 to September 2003. He previously served as chairman of the board of directors of El Paso from the time of its merger with Sonat Inc. in October 1999 until December 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Kuehn was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Sonat Inc. from 1986 through October 1999. In addition to serving on the board of El Paso, Mr. Kuehn is also a director of the following public companies: AmSouth Bancorporation and Praxair, Inc. |
