L. Ronald Perkins. Mr. Perkins has served as a director of the Company since February 2005, and has been the Company’s Vice-President in charge of Administration, Marketing and Communication since January 2005. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Perkins was retired. Prior to his retirement, from 1989 to 2002, Mr. Perkins served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pebble Technology, Inc., an Arizona company, which marketed a product used to coat the interior of swimming pools. Mr. Perkins received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona in 1967, and his MBA from the University of Southern California in 1972. |
