Mr. Hankey, age 66, is the Chairman of the corporation and Adams County National Bank, as well as is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Russell Insurance Group, Inc. He served as the corporation’s Chief Executive Officer from 1982 until December 31, 2003. He also served as the corporation’s President from 1982 until December 31, 2000. He served as Adams County National Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and President from 1975 until December 31, 2000. Mr. Hankey has been a member of the corporation’s Board of Directors and has served as the Chairman of the Board since 1982. He also has been a member of Adams County National Bank’s Board of Directors and has served as the Chairman of the Board since 1975.
