Mr. Page joined the Company in June of 2003 and serves as Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to Joining Penn Virginia, he served as Vice President of Commercial Operations for Texas Intrastate Pipelines at El Paso Field Services Company from 2001 to mid 2003, prior to which, he was Vice President of Business Development for El Paso Field Services Company from 1999 to 2001. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Page served as Vice President of Business Development for TPC Gathering and Transmission Company, a subsidiary of TPC Corp. Prior to 1995, he served in various positions including Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Enstar Natural Gas Company, both of which were owned by Seagull Energy Corporation. He was employed by Seagull Energy Corporation in various capacities for a total of 17 years beginning in 1977. |
