Mr Bell brings to the Board broad general management and marketing skills particularly in the European and North American markets.
Mr Bell is also an experienced international consumer industry executive with a background of over 30 years in highly competitive global branded products. He is a former President of Kraft Foods, Europe and served as Executive Vice President of Kraft Foods Inc. Mr Bell is also a Director of Gallaher Group Plc and Northern Foods Plc and is Chairman of the Milk Link Co-Operative.
The Board considers Ronald Bell to be an independent Director.
