Ron has served as vice president and chief financial officer since August 2004. He has extensive experience with emerging-growth technology companies in the software industry, including the implementation of both domestic and foreign operations, private equity transactions, and M&A activities. Prior to Synchris, he was the senior vice president and CFO of iCode, Inc. and Ultraprise Loan Technologies, Inc., both software development companies.

Prior to Ultraprise, from April 1998 to May 2000, Ron served as vice president of finance and CFO of Entevo Corporation, a developer of directory management software products with operations in both the U.S. and India. Ron was instrumental in completing Entevo’s successful sale for $125 million in February 2000. From January 1990 through March 1998, he served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Visix Software, Inc., a software tools company where he was part of the management team that grew Visix from pre-revenue to over $20 million in annual sales.

At the beginning of his career, Ron spent ten years with the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. He has been involved in several industry groups on the establishment of early-stage operating structures and software industry revenue recognition. Ron holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BA in Economics from the Colorado College and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
