Ron Gornto works with SRA's Defense Sector clients on planning, performance management, solution development, and integration of technology-centric services across diverse federal government system and program life cycles. Prior to joining SRA, Gornto served as Vice President of Technology and Systems Integration for Galaxy Scientific Corporation, which was acquired by SRA in July 2005, and was the principal architect of Galaxy's innovative rapid response process and organization, which has been benchmarked as a leader in performance management as a prime contractor for the Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response (CR2) contract.
Before joining Galaxy, Gornto was an officer in the U.S. Army and served in the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff as a requirements analyst and development manager for national-level international technology treaties and technology exchange agreements. He also served in the Chief of Staff of the Army's Office as a Strategic Project Director. He is a past national board member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the former president of the Central New Jersey Federal Executives Association.
