Ronald E.F. Codd has been an independent business consultant since May 2002. From 1999 to April 2002 he served as president chief executive officer and a director of Momentum Business Applications Inc. a software company. From 1991 to 1998 he served as senior vice president finance and administration; chief financial officer; and secretary of PeopleSoft Inc. an enterprise software developer that was acquired by Oracle Corporation in January 2005. Mr. Codd also serves on the board of directors of Agile Software Inc. an enterprise software company. Mr. Codd holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Management from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University). |
