RONALD C. BERNARD joined our board of directors as a non-employee member in March 2007. Mr. Bernard is also the chairman of our audit committee. Since 2004, Mr. Bernard has served as President of LWB Media Consulting, where he consults with private equity firms involved in media-related investments. Mr. Bernard has extensive experience as a leader in the entertainment and sports industries, including his prior roles as Chief Executive Officer of Sekani, Inc., President of NFL Enterprises, President of Viacom Network Enterprises and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration at Showtime Networks, Inc. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (NY) and has held several accounting and senior financial positions throughout his career. Mr. Bernard serves as a director, audit committee chairman and special committee chairman of Atari, Inc. He is also a member of the board of directors of Mentor, Indiana University, Kelly School and the Lauri Strauss Leukemia Foundation. Mr. Bernard holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Finance from Syracuse University. |
