Ronald A. Snider, the managing partner of the firm, practices bank regulatory law and corporate law. He was born in Selma, Alabama and earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Alabama. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1973. From 1973 to 1979, Mr. Snider was with the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, first in the Office of the General Counsel, and then as Assistant Secretary. Mr. Snider also served as Assistant Secretary of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation from 1976 to 1979. Mr. Snider is a member of the Mobile, Alabama, Federal, and American Bar Associations. He is chairman of the Board of The Exploreum Science Center, and a member of the board of the Alabama Public Library System, and past member of the boards of the Mobile Public Library and Mobile Opera.
