Ronald A. May has served as President & Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Bank since July 2006.
Mr. May has more than 36 years´ banking and leadership experience and is a longtime resident of Beaverton where he grew up attended high school and he and his wife raised their family.
Mr. May received a B.S. in Mathematics from Oregon State University in 1965 and a M.B.A. from Stanford University in 1967 before serving a three-year tour of duty as a captain in the U.S. Army. He held many lending credit administration and management positions at First Interstate Bank Portland Oregon from 1970 to 1996. He then served as Executive Vice President for a 100 year old community bank in Stockton CA for eight years before returning to the Pacific Northwest.
Among his many professional and civic involvements Ron is the Chairman of the Humphreys College Board of Trustees was the 2002-2003 President of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce past Advisory Board Member of the OSU Family Business Program and currently serves on the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
