Ron Prichard, who served as OIT's Chief Operating Officer for thirteen years, was named the President of OIT in June of 2007. He has more than thirty years of experience in business management and development as well as extensive experience within the document management field, and has been a leader in developing the customer-driven focus for the company. Under Prichard's business management, OIT has enjoyed substantial growth in employees, revenue and, most importantly, customer satisfaction.
Through a long history of successfully managing all aspects of OIT operations, Prichard has shaped the vision of OIT and built a team of committed professionals. He has been responsible for hundreds of successful OIT projects, and provides knowledge of the overall operational requirements across all departments at OIT which enables customers to achieve ROI and growth through the application of OIT products.
Prichard, an alumnus of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, says, "Initially my focus on customer service brought a non-technical view to OIT, and broadened the way OIT thought about and conducted business.
