Ron Farina, CPC is Vice President / Partner of Management Search of Hartford, located in East Hartford Connecticut.



Ron is one of the original members of Management Search of Hartford. He joined the firm in 1985 as Management Search Inc. expanded operations in Connecticut. He has over twenty years of search experience at the line, staff and executive level. That experience encompasses search across a wide variety of business and industries including municipal and public utility.



In addition to conducting searches Ron also conducts seminars, provides motivational and educational training; has been a national keynote and featured speaker in the search industry; and has spoken on behalf of a variety of companies ranging through disciplines. He has also been the author and editor of two national newsletters and has been regularly featured in the National Association of Personnel Services monthly newsletter.



Prior to joining the search industry Ron was a private entrepreneur. Ron holds a 3rd degree in Tae Kwan Do, is an avid windsurfing enthusiast and also maintains a collection of unique specimen Bonsai.
