Ron Anderson, born August 1944, Class II Director, joined the Board October 1, 2005 having served as a director of First Capital Bank Holding Corporation and First National Bank of Nassau County since August 1, 1998. Prior to his joining First Capital and FNB, Mr. Anderson served as managing general partner of Marel Enterprises, a family limited partnership, since 1997. Mr. Anderson is also the president of several automobile-related businesses, including Ron Anderson Chevrolet-Olds, Anderson Pontiac-Buick-Olds-GMC, Inc., Ron Anderson Pontiac-Buick-GMC, Rontex-Douglas, and Anderson Enterprises. Mr. Anderson served as a director of Bank South, Douglas, Georgia, from 1985-1986.
