Ron Nathanson is the chief financial officer at Cydcor. In his role, Nathanson is responsible for all of the company's finance functions in the U.S. and Canada and acts as a liaison for institutional investors. He works with taxes, financial planning, contracts, Third Party Verifiers (TPV), treasury, accounting, and capital allocation. Nathanson is also responsible for the Cydcor's IT department, developing and implementing systems to support growth of the company's sales offices. Under his leadership, financial and IT functions expanded capabilities to support Cydcor's growth, which has tripled in the past six years. Nathanson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served as treasurer on the Board of Directors at a private religious school in his community. Prior to joining Cydcor in 2001, Nathanson served as president and chief financial officer for Data Exchange, a worldwide computer repair and logistics company. Previously, he served as a senior staff accountant for C.P.A. firms in the Los Angeles area, specializing in tax audits for corporate clientele. Nathanson holds a B.A. in accounting from California State University, Northridge and is a Certified Public Accountant. Nathanson and his wife reside in Westlake Village and have two children. |
