Roman F. Przekop is an associate in the firm’s Public Finance Department. Mr. Przekop joined Chapman and Cutler LLP in 2006 after participating in the firm’s summer associate program in 2005. His practice includes acting as bond counsel on governmental use bond financings. Mr. Przekop has worked extensively on transactions where the firm serves as bond counsel to school districts, park districts, community college districts, forest preserve districts, library districts, villages and other bond issuers. |
