Partner and Co-Chair of the International Corporate Department, Mr. Bninski has been with the Firm since 1975. His experience includes advising on various aspects of international and domestic transactions including mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures and partnerships; privatizations; financings including syndicated loans; securitizations; infrastructure projects; project finance; shareholder agreements; public and private placements of stock and debt; oil and gas investments; commodity financing, sale and purchase transactions.
