Roger Smith is a Director in the Salt Lake City office of LECG. He specializes in calculating commercial litigation damages, calculating intellectual property damages as well as performing business valuations and valuations of intellectual property assets both inside and outside of the context of litigation. Prior to joining LECG, Mr. Smith was a Manager in the Financial Advisory Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Smith's experience spans a variety of industries, including high tech, manufacturing/distribution, biotechnology and energy. Mr. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation and is the former chairman of the Business Valuation Committee with Utah Society of CPAs. He also holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. |
