Roger Johnson was designated the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in 2007. Mr. Johnson previously served as Assistant Controller from 2004 to 2007. He also served as the Operations Controller and the Regional Controller, Australia from 2003 to 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration at Pasminco Zinc, Inc. from 2002 to 2003. He also served in various capacities, including Vice President Finance and Control, for Kennecott Corporation, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto PLC, from 1989 to 2002. Mr. Johnson, a Certified Public Accountant in the United States, practiced public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand from 1979 to 1989. Mr. Johnson holds both a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. |
