Mr. Hand has more than 10 years of experience in web-based development. He has worked closely with Active Server Pages and SQL Server, and JavaServer Pages, based on SQL Server, Oracle 8i and PostgreSQL. In addition to these core technologies, he has a wealth of experience in application programming, using Java and Visual Basic, and in database design. Mr. Hand was instrumental in the specification and design, and Java programming for a Web-based enterprise network management application. He also designed and wrote a payroll system with a user friendly web interface for a large private college system with multiple sites. Mr. Hand has a BS degree in Electronic Engineering, California Polytechnic State University. |
