Roger Behgam joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in December 1999 and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager. He has over 30 years of experience in planning, permitting, design, specifications preparation, design management, construction documents packaging and construction administration for large and small multi-disciplinary civil and transportation projects. Roger received his Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Lamar University. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers serving as the Transportation and Development Institute Chair, Texas Section, 2006. He has served its Dallas Branch as a past president and under his leadership established the Branch Website, one of the first in the country. In addition, he serves as Treasurer of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Dallas Chapter, 2006 and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Institute of Transportation Engineers and Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Society. |
