Retired Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation
Roger W. Kober has been a director of the Company since August 1994. Mr. Kober is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, a subsidiary of Energy East Corporation. He was employed by Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation from 1965 until his retirement on January 1, 1998. From March 1996 until January 1, 1998, Mr. Kober served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Kober is a graduate of Clarkson College and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. |
